How Payments Work

Paying for this service is similar to using a postage meter. You fund your anticipated mailing expenses via ACH from a bank account, or via credit/debit card. Most clients use ACH because it avoids a 2.9% credit/debit card processor fee applied to your funding (4% for American Express).

We use SSL encryption to secure all transactions and do not retain any banking information in our system. Your funds are held in a separate Trust Account by BB&T bank, are covered by a Fidelity Bond and are refunded if you cancel your account.

You can view your account balances online, anytime. To make account changes call toll-free 888-462-1750, M-F 8am-5pm, Eastern time.
